These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the Kaylor Tyrell (Ilyos Ineichen) online shop.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
The prices stated on the product pages are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The applicable shipping costs are clearly communicated during the ordering process and are to be borne by the buyer.
Delivery is made within Switzerland and to selected countries. Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days unless otherwise stated. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries.
